I live in Minnesota and listened to you on Dr. Mobeen Sayed's YT channel earlier in the Pandemic. I caught Delta in August 2021 but you weren't licensed to practice where I live. I used a different Dr. via the FLCCC and I'm grateful to have found amazing Dr's outside the mainstream medical complexes

Ivermectin, Fluvoxamine, Quercetin, Bromelian Zinc, Vit C & D & Vit K, Nigella Sativa and Curcumin worked for me. I'm allergic to aspirin so I didn't use it. I did get Long Covid so I added Low Dose Naltroxone last April. Sorry for the long post but I'm happy to have found your Substack. I admire your work and your sense of humor.

Yes, the video with Dr Been was the place where I heard Dr Haider for the first time. Most important takeaway for me was no sports for 30 days post infection (a recommendation I expanded to post vac also). I think this was one of the most important conclusions about how best to deal with spike protein inflammation and microclottung. Unfortunately, hardly anybody knew and practiced it.

Mask wearing libtards! Asheville was a dump in the 70s, now working it's way backwards. But let's NOT forget who the Governor currently is!!

Hope you all vote for Mark Robertson,!!

Thank you Dr. Haider for writing this. I am looking forward to the next chapter. My husband and I have been patients with you on-line for sometime now and so, so appreciate all you have done for those of us that were very interested in getting Ivermectin and the other protocol prescriptions.

I saw you early on through Dr Been and flccc.net. Followed you. Then you were dropped from twitter so I was out of the loop for a couple of years. Glad to have found you again.

I signed up for the week long course. Only watched part of a couple of sessions so far.

Did not get Covid. Got 2 shots Jan - Feb 2021. Taking lots of supplements. I am looking forward to watching the whole program to get a better idea of which ones to take. Never before thought about supplements, nor much about my health either. Covid was an educational experience in many ways including learning about the corruption of medicine and the other players who participated in the pandemic.

We are part of the 2-shot club. Supplements are very important...after a lot of research, NAC, nattokinese, Bromelain, Quercitin and low dose aspirin to prevent clots seem to be at the top of the list.

I am not yet taking nattokinese, but I do take the others you list, Vitamin C, D3, B6, B12 and for the eyes Areds-2. This supplement has good research and the new version has zinc and copper. At bedtime I take melatonin. And once per week I take 15 mg ivermectin but I recently heard that it interferes with autophagy.

I get an error every time I try to subscribe. Once I got my vitamin d from 27 to 47 units with supplements my recurrent bladder infections (possibly menopausal associated) went from 2 a yr for 3years in a row to none for the last 10 years! I don't wear sunscree, live in Texas go outside with lots of sunshine, love the heat sweating so my low d is perplexing to me.

Yeah a number of people are reporting errors subscribing, we're trying to figure out what's going on with Substack.

Vitamin D is so important! Sometimes it's really just that simple, have to start with the basics - one issue with doctors is we often go to the really complicated stuff before addressing the simple things first.

Dr mercola has been my go-to source of health info. For 15+years and lead me to request my vit d during my annual physical appt.

I'm sorry to hear that you got separated from your loved ones, especially your young daughter for so long. This is some of the tragic consequences of the rules that were put in place. I value all the great information you share on multiple platforms now, so it's great to read about how you got to the place you're at now. Thank you for your commitment to true health.

This is so enjoyable. Can’t wait for the next installment. Just before I started reading this I had commented to my husband, “People used to be able to go straight to their chosen career paths through apprenticeships. And the world worked pretty darned well.”

I made the comment in relationship to young men skipping college to go play minor or developmental league professional basketball. Why not? The NBA is how they eventually plan to try to earn a living. As minor league baseball is a viable option for some young athletes.

Colleges make students spend so much time and money taking unrelated courses that seem intended to ‘liberalize or indoctrinate’ them, as opposed to students being able to focus on courses they want or need—such as mathematics or physics or computer science.

I’m rambling, but again I appreciate your insights and look forward to hearing more about your story. The acupuncture cartoon was hilarious. The part about your daughter was a bit heartbreaking.

Thanks for the comment. I completely agree, kids need a lot more guidance and should definitely think twice, then thrice and then some more before becoming debt slaves. I plan to encourage my kids to just go learn a trade and save up some money if they want to go to college. First of all college is so dangerous for young minds, so force delaying it a few years til kids are more mature seems like a good idea. When I was growing up I felt I had to rush through everything as fast as possible - my parents wanted us to skip grades. There's no rush. People should take their time and avoid the debt slavery spiral. There are also arbitrage opportunities in education overseas that can be considered, but I'm getting off topic!

Hi Dr. Haider, thank you for sharing your story. I had pieced some of it together from comments you made in interviews. I also first found you via Dr. Been.

Thank you for your care and for being the principled person you are. You were then and remain a beacon of hope and sound sane medical thought in this time. The flak arrives when you're over the target. The more you and others were censored the closer I followed.

With your guidamce, I have never had covid to the best of my knowledge or awareness (confirmed by blood tests, assuming they have validity).

Thank you!!
