that statement of his is so bizarre i am beginning to think that there IS something funny in his water.

It appears that saline solution injected into muscle is not immunologically inert - invalidating the premise that it is a placebo. Aluminum containing solutions are far worse but are also considered inert placebos - really bad science foundations are being relied upon for decades.
