I chew nicotine gum before I go out to public places. I cut my 4mg piece in half and chew that smaller section of it. I once accidentally didn’t do that, took the 4mg at once and was just as sick as you mentioned.

Yes...I wanted to buy 1 or 2mg but am scared to try now.....
It’s cheaper to get the 4mg and cut it. You get double the amount for the same cost as a 2mg box, at least off of Amazon.
I’m very sensitive to drugs and never had any problem with 2mg.

Mainly myalgias headache ...odd thing is that two nighttime doses seemed to change something radically...two.
