Great suggestions as usual! Especially -- what a difference it makes in our immunity when we eat what supports our particular organism, and get plenty of natural light.

I would add that homeopathy is a powerful tool when dealing with cough. It is important to know what you are doing, and how to select the right remedy -- it is so personalized! -- but I've seen it stop a cough that's been going on for weeks within 12-24 hours.

Good 411. Ketosis / borderline carnivore since July 2019, but notice that when watching a movie if I eat popcorn, inflammation returns quickly, and I tend to have a relapse of covid like symptoms, resolved within 1-2 days w/ strict ketosis / no carbs + .6mg/kg of Ivermectin + Nicotine patches & nicnac.com mints. C, D3, Zinc, and HCQ on occasion. Zero carbs provides the best mental clarity & lowest levels of inflammation.
