“Fear is the killer here - it stimulates estrogen excess. It might manifest as anxiety, worry, or outright terror, the effects are the same, it’s just a difference of degree. When the body is exhausted by out of control emotions it won’t have the energy left to detoxify environmental estrogens, especially not after years of this kind of stress.”
Hi Syed
There is a physiological cause of fear that has been created by the salt restriction directive. Dehydration or low salt or hyponatremia (same same) are managed by the adrenals. Dehydration is an emergency. All emergencies are managed by the adrenals with the resulting FIGHT/FLIGHT/FREEZE response.
Hence salt restriction brings with it anxiety, fatigue, depression and eventually adrenal exhaustion.
My article: How does salt restriction lead to heart dis-ease and fear based reactionary thinking? explains the connection.
Hydration not oxygenation is key to understanding our physiology. Zero oxygen is required. The lungs are rehydrating the RBCs with salt water.
I logically dismiss the gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide as a fraud, in my article: We breathe air not oxygen.
The difference between air and oxygen is moisture content, nothing else. Air becomes oxygen with the removal of moisture to the parts per million of water contamination. Oxygen is calibrated by its DRYNESS.
Medical oxygen has 67ppm of water contamination.
Industrial oxygen has 0.5ppm of water contamination.
Let’s look at air. Air is measured by its moisture at a given temperature.
Temperature determines the holding power of air to retain moisture. Copilot supplied me these temps and moisture figures.
At 20 Celsius air can hold a maximum of 17g/cubic meter.
At 45 Celsius air can hold a maximum of 65g/cubic meter.
At 55 Celsius air can hold a maximum of 147g/cubic meter.
At -20 Celsius air can hold a maximum of 1g/cubic meter
Mt Everest temperatures: -35 to -55 Celsius (-31 to -67 F)
Planes cruise in air -54 to -60 Celsius, a maximum of 0.64g/ cubic meter which (thanks to copilot) converts to 559ppm of water contamination. The plane’s engine combustion is more efficient in dry air.
Note oxygen is 8+ times dryer than cruising altitude air.
Now the lungs.
The lungs do best with inhaled air in the range of 30-50% humidity. Below 30% humidity the air is too dry and above 50% humidity the air is too moist. So outside this range the lungs struggle.
At the alveoli sacs the air must reach 100% humidity or drop point.
Can you see the mis-match?
Oxygen toxicity is due to its well known power to dehydrate. This is why anaesthetics, ventilators and even CPAP machines have humidifiers.
Oxygen is an un-natural state, on release from containment, oxygen wants to revert to air, it extracts moisture from its surroundings to do this. When oxygen is released inside the respiratory tract it extracts moisture and causes damage. The damage is labeled: reactive oxygen species ROS. ROS describes the pathology of dehydration.

Cognitive dissonance is combated with curiosity. Science and medicine is littered with malfeasant mis-directs. We must use adult wise scrutiny to find them and bring in new paradigms that support health. This will be done by curious people. Experts are installed to maintain the established narratives. It’s time we moved the ground instead of waiting to be dug out.
Hydration management is the key.
Hydration equals SALT plus water. Water follows salt into and out of the body.
Interesting! The salt hypothesis makes a lot of sense, many people are afraid of salt, funny that avoiding it would probably trigger even more fear of it. By the way have you seen the recent research hypothesis article by Gerald Pollack of EZ water fame suggesting it's really charge that we breathe rather than air? He has some very intriguing points.
I’ve corresponded with Gerald. He’s admired my freedom to move outside the current mind set. And his work aided my exploration, I remember him looking at the steam rising from his coffee cup and pondering the inherent pattern.
For me, it’s a definite no to oxygen having anything to do with mammalian physiology and electrons remain theoretical with alternative explanations more plausible.
I hope you’ll take a peek at my three articles, in We breathe air not oxygen I present a new model for water. Air is bubbles and water is full bubbles or drops and they interchange. Add energy to water, bubbles arise, remove energy from air, drops appear. The bubble and full bubble are the foundation of water, structurally.
If you look at bubble dynamics, they have been studied extensively, the bubble is the smallest particle. Hence the theoretical atomic model uses spheres.
Thank you! This is a great article. I know about broccoli sprouts and cancer and autism but I did not know about it helping to detox estrogen.
One question I have: If it can cure cancer can it also prevent cancer? I have the same question for ivermectin. Is ivermectin a prophylactic for cancer?
Just a note FWIW - I believe the late Dr. John R Lee, MD, said that progesterone 'balanced' excess estrogen, and xeno-estrogens (from plastics??). And he also shared that he had success with it in about 80% of his male patients, too, regarding various prostate conditions.
Can't wait to look at this post closer!! Thank you!!
Yes, as I replied just above, this can work, but it's still an indirect hack around the real problem which is excess estrogens at the tissue level, not always detectable in blood levels, eg during menopause. The root cause solution that doesn't cause more imbalance while it fixes the 1st problem is to detox the estrogen excess.
We can confirm this observation based on our clinical experience. While broccoli seed sprouts can play a valuable role in a holistic approach to managing autism, no single treatment can provide a permanent cure for such a complex condition. In our protocols for children with autism, we recommend incorporating broccoli seed sprouts into vegetable purées to mask their taste and encourage proper consumption, as they may not be chewed properly otherwise.
As a peri-menopausal woman I am just so confused and baffled, women my age start taking estrogen! Would you recommend against that? How do you feel about estrogen (and testosterone) ‘pellets’ that bypass the liver?
Post menopausal women weirdly enough are generally estrogen toxic, at a tissue level, despite low blood levels. Progesterone has even been given with success, but it's just an indirect hack, what actually needs to be done is removing the excess tissue stores of estrogens that are undetectable with current testing methods.
I’m not a doctor but I’ll throw in what I think is true on this question.
Being in and around the bodybuilding community for most of my life and speaking to countless doctors about the issue of testosterone/estrogen levels, the body will make estrogens from the excess adipose tissue.
Men on testosterone must control their hormones and test for both regularly. Everyone has a slightly different body chemistry and it will change according to many factors. I personally made multiple mistakes along the way and it caused me a lot of problems but I learned a lot because of it.
Without getting into the weeds, basically the more fat one carries the more estrogen the body will make. So the less fat you carry the easier it is to control your estrogen. The bigger issue for most women is that they generally have a higher fat percentage than men. That’s just natural.
One more point to make is that many chemicals and hormones are stored in fat cells and when someone begins to exercise and starts burning those cells, those hormones get released and can cause problems until the body can recover.
It can become a roller coaster of issues if you and/or your doctor doesn’t understand what is causing the problem. Having the right doctor who actually understands body chemistry and doesn’t simply push pills is crucial.
Hopefully one of the doctors here will chime in on what I’ve stated and maybe make some corrections if I’ve misspoken on something but I believe my explanation in a nutshell is correct. And I also hope all of that makes sense.
Would this have an effect on gynecomastia in men? You may have already mentioned something similar in the article.
I’ve had that since teenage years, and lifting has definitely helped. Tenderness and soreness (which used to happen all the time) happen rarely now, but puffiness remains (except while working out). I’m interested to see if this kind of detoxing and eating would help
I have the MyGoTo Moringa in my cart!!! 🛒 thanks for the suggestion! This is the first post of yours I came across. I like Dr. Leland Stillman, Mercola, and a few other people. Your philosophy seems to lineup with theirs. So I subscribed

Matter is really water.
The m was inverted to become a w.
The letter M meant water, historically.
We live in the realm of water.

TY. 🙌🏼🙌🏼 and broccoli sprouts also proven to reduce autistic symptoms.. years ago

How does one go about doing that? Can you please say more on this topic or direct me to any posts you may have written? Thank you!!

Had me interested until the nonsense about water holding the imprint and “electromagnetic signature” of DNA.
Are the organic seed sprouting kits online recommended?? Thanks in advance. 🌱
Yes, I think that’s the best bet. You always keep some amount sprouting so you can eat them every day (since each batch takes about 5 days).

Yes the approaches mentioned here are perfect for gynecomastia, which is why I chose a picture of that for the main image.
Not a single word about exercise.
So much paranoia about shit we can’t control.
Just eat whole foods and be active.
There’s a lot of estrogen pumped in our water supply.
As well as chlorine and aluminum!
Vitamin D!
Sunshine is the best Vitamin!☀️
Doing some bench press will help with the man boobs. So will reducing your estrogen levels. Try both and be amazed 🤷♂️

Would this be helpful for men who show gynecomastica If they have an XXY genotype?
Thanks for this
