My ears totally pricked up becauase I think I'm about to lose one of my friends to Lyme Disease and no doctor in my country will give her any treatment. She has been diagnosed with "stiff-person sydrome", "ALS", every nothing diagnosis under the sun, when she needs antibiotics. I can't believe I'm about to watch her die and her child become motherless (the daughter also has Lyme, transmitted in utero, and also cannot get treatment). My friend needs to go to the US or Mexico where she recovered previously but it's an issue of money. Unfortunately, your protocol is too active for my friend, she isn't able to do yoga and things. I think we are about to lose her, maybe even to euthanasia. I read your posts on X, you seem very dedicated and generous.

Most of what allopathic offers is snake oil, but so is most of what the alternative is offering. Plus they bash you and throw you out of their club when their $200 supplements don't work. There are different stages of disease, and you can't cure late stage with supplements. PLease shut up now, you aren't even talking about the right disease and clearly know absolutely nothing about the functional medicine landscape.
PLEASE treat my mom! She is the most disciplined person I know. She will try ANYTHING and follow it to the minute. She has lost all hope of ever getting her life back, and I don’t know how much longer she can continue. She has active Lyme, Mold Toxicity, and Mast Cell Activation. The Albendazole bothers me as it can kill parasites in the brain, and release their mercury load back out into the brain...not good! Dr Dietrict Klinghardt recognised that and uses herbs.
It's just an example of something that might be used in a very specific situation, it's not always used and we agree with the risk which is why you have to approach every patient individually and detoxify and then gradually lower parasite levels. Sometimes you need a pair of tweezers and sometimes you need a bazooka. You don't bring a knife to a gunfight. Every tool has its time and place.

Any illness can be cured, however I'm not an HIV expert. We can apply principles to any illness, however having read RFK Jrs book on the history of HIV it is possible that a high HIV viral load isn't an illness in and of itself and that AIDS is actually caused by the meds given for it, or other toxins depending on the situation.
My partner Hakim Shabaz says that like any retrovirus it can't be removed from the body, but it can be effectively suppressed via methylation.

I have a family member who has chronic lazy gut, insomnia and anxiety. They had constipation since they were young. It got worse last couple of years ago. Nausea, brain fog, headaches, bloating, etc.
It's a mind/gut relationship case. Is the anxiety causing the gut to be worse or has the gut caused anxiety. Western medicine hasn't been able to provide an underlying cause or a protocol to follow. They are suffering and in need of help. I'm not sure they are up for what you are proposing, but I would like them to be considered.

Thank you for replying. I sincerely appreciate everything you do and stand for. I’m a big fan. But with all due respect, saying “doesn’t sound that complicated” is premature. Some functional medicine doctors who claimed the same thing couldn’t help. This person has suffered constipation since they since they were a premature baby. They’ve been to a few GIs and docs, Mayo Clinic and two other facilities and has been through hell. They have anxiety and insomnia also. They lost a lot of weight and gained it back with help. The mind / gut relationship is very complicated. Please don’t judge until you receive all the information about the case.

Sounds like they are reabsorbing toxins meant for elimination. Could also be one of many other ailments 🙏🏻
