I LOVE this article!!!! I admit some of it was above my head but I could glean some great facts which will lead to some great new choices. I always try to be positive and walk in faith. However, I will switch gears to negative and do what I can to increase negative aspects in my environment such as additional plants (good bye fake flowers) , increase trail walking and open windows wide and let all that gorgeous humidity in my house, etc. Thank you once again Dr. Haider β˜€οΈπŸ˜€πŸ’›!

πŸ’―πŸ‘πŸ‘ and when you do eat, eat organic where possible- it has higher electron counts than conventional. So the extra electrons pick up all the free radicals (AKA loose protons).πŸ˜‰

And drink clean water, not tap, ideally charged by sun.😊

March 13, 2020 – we were sent home from work . In my heart of hearts I knew this was a flu, and something was up and involved subterfuge. I always go back to what my Nonna said: plenty of fresh air, sunshine, and real food. Open the windows on both sides of the house and let the air from the outside clean/blow out the stale germs from winter. I got on my bike and rode every day, and I’m still riding. I’ve been earthing for the last eight weeks, sitting and watching the sunrise and the sunset. I’m making sure that I leave my sunglasses off for 20 minutes while in the sun. Every day about 3 o’clock over the past year I’ve wanted to take a nap , but not now. Earthing is working. Winter is coming and this will no longer be possible as I work-no β˜€οΈ for me😒.

πŸ’―πŸŽ―πŸŽ―πŸŽ―πŸŽ―πŸŽ― Bravo Dr S. Welcome to the true medical world.πŸ˜‰

Your best piece yet, and keep going with your understanding- this is the singularity of the medical frontier, using energy medicine, and it needs fine Drs like yourself.

Everything is energy and the sun is our most valuable and powerful therapeutic.

Fascinating as always - thanks Dr Haider! I read quickly this morning but will go back later and study. I remembered something anecdotal while reading this….when I was a little girl, I couldn’t wear battery-operated watches. Something about my body’s electrical charge would turn them off! My parents bought me instead an old-fashioned wind-up model. I grew out of this later - perhaps when I stopped playing outside barefooted and absorbing all that energy from the sun and grass in our backyard.

Also, I have a question….are there air filters/devices that can release negative ions in the air? Turning off the ion feature of my hairdryer today!

There are devices that purport to release negative ions but I couldn’t tell if they had been independently verified or safety tested since they can also produce harmful ozone.

Oh yes - you did say that in your writing! Thanks for your patience Dr Haider! I’m reading again now.

So interesting. I sure wish some of this were to become more mainstream. Our township is contemplating (pushing) smart water meters that will emit EMF. Anyone who brings up EMF is shutdown...of course "the amount is too low" to be a concern. But they also don't consider the additive impact across all sources nor whether the "smart" aspect is actually essential more than simply a "nice to have". I want to find an expert to share some data to our Board who will make this decision. Thanks for all you do and share! Please continue to take good care of yourself. πŸ™‚

Sensitive people do complain a lot about the smart electric meters that have been installed in a lot of places. Assuming they are wired, and not wireless, then it seems there should be a way to mitigate exposure by surrounding them with a Faraday cage - basically putting them in a steel box to prevent leakage of EMF.

I doubt any expert will make any headway convincing anyone of anything since the government has put together expert panels to issue statements claiming there is no evidence of harm for non ionizing radiation.

what about himalayan salt lamps?

I’ve heard they produce negative ions but this has t been confirmed and if they did it probably wouldn’t be a significant amount. They don’t usually get hot enough.

Hmmm... I wonder how dr Cowen can believe this energy stuff since no one has seen an electron and that seems to be his requirement for things to exist.... 🀣

lol yes he actually doesn’t seem to believe in electrons but I haven’t heard him explain it in more detail. He does believe in charge since it’s measurable. He has a point that all these models we have are theoretical, we don’t actually know what’s actually real at that submicroscopic level. We have equations for what happens but don’t know why it happens. This applies to both gravity and electromagnetism. We can predict to high accuracy what will happen without actually knowing for sure what the underlying structure of reality actually is. The equations show that there is no localized particle called an electron, it has no location, its kind of smeared around in an area of probability, but it’s not actually present anywhere specific until it’s measured and the β€œwave function collapses.” There’s an interesting YouTube channel called DemisitifySci that goes into different interpretations of quantum mechanics that try to explain what might be going on, for example the alternative transactional interpretation.

Dr.Haider, can you share the brand of grounding sheet you use? Fantastic article. I’ll need to read two to three times and take notes. Thanks for all the great info. Not sure what I think about Cowan but open to consideration.

I use groundluxe.com, but I would caution that whatever brand you buy you have to always test the setup. You need to invest in a voltmeter. And figure out if the sheet is actually grounded. If not you can identify which part has a problem - the outlet? The wire? The sheet itself?

Great article - thanks! I was surprised to see that air ionizers (that create ozone) contribute to more positive ions. I thought these were good air cleaners in moderation and created negative ions. I'd love to know more.

i try to keep an open mind but when you quote folks who don't believe we can absorb oxygen you lost me

Perhaps look at the size of the molecules and you might begin to see why he suggests this. The old hypothesis, like so much that we accept as set in stone, are all based on hypothesis, and science is and should be, ever challenging, evolving.

yes that is hte scientific method. And also, being contrarian for contrarians sake is a waste of time and energy

That was probably an unnecessary aside, better left out until the details are published. Hopefully doesn’t detract from the main thrust of the article which is on the beneficial effects of negative charge.
