Finally, a doctor who thinks it is important to supplement vitamin A in addition to vitamin D! I myself take a multi formulation with 4000 IU vitamin D and 5000 IU vitamin A, and of course a lot of other things, e.g. 900 mcg vitamin K1, 100 mcg vitamin K2, and 100 IU vitamin E. Zinc 12mg, plus copper 1.25mg, vitamin C 2000mg, etc. I think it is very important to provide our body with the right vitamins, minerals and trace elements that are missing from our food!

I have two highly vaxxed friends in their 60's who have developed longterm coughs and some wheezing as they breath. Sounds like it might be related to this syndrome. These coughs have lasted for months and we live in Florida so sunlight exposure isn't an issue with either of them. Neither of them are sickly type people. One of their Dr's prescribed a metered inhaler and he literally has to use it every 4 hours and his sleep cycles are being interrupted. Not sure what the inhaler prescription is. He (230 lbs) obtained ivermectin and started 30 mg a day on Monday. He also has budesonide.

On another note you highlighted copper deficiencies as possible reason for anemia, low white cell count and loss of pigmentation caused by zinc. Zinc (50 mg) has been a daily supplement for me for years and I have those three symptoms. So I go to buy a copper supplement and I see some are zinc/copper combo's and now I know why. Somehow the hematologist I'm seeing hasn't looked in this direction but they do have pfizer adds running in each exam room. Thanks so much for this substack.
