The 4 Supplements + Baby ASA Fix for Long COVID & Spike Vax Injuries
Including Immune Boosters, Autophagy Inducers, Clot Busters, Spike Digesters, Antioxidants & Multiple Powerful Antivirals
I prefer lifestyle interventions myself, but I have guided patients to healing Long COVID and Vax injuries using a variety of approaches ranging from lifestyle to supplements to procedures to medications.
At mygotodoc it’s a choose your own adventure approach.
For example Cindy Hammer is a retired RN who connected with us through our free registration and free medical Q&A service (she tells her story on Rumble here).
We never charged her for any of her care because at mygotodoc we think knowledge should be free and as a service to humanity we offer always free registrations and unlimited free medical Q&A via the patient portal with myself and my staff - and that’s all she ended up needing.
Cindy actually had Ivermectin on hand already, but she found that what ended up helping her the most was simply over the counter antihistamines and Pepcid which we recommended to her via the patient portal.
Once she got better we helped her decide when and how to taper off.
I guided another patient to try a few prescription medications and then we hit on something really unexpected: over the counter ibuprofen that he took for pain, but actually ended up wiping out not just the pain but all of his symptoms. I later realized this was probably related to its efficacy in MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), which is found in many long haulers.
A number of patients reported all their symptoms clearing up within days of taking nicotine gum, or donating their blood/plasma, or starting Omega 3s, or NAC, or NMN, or Niacin, or Resveratrol, or Nattokinase, among many others.
And some patients followed my path of trying lifestyle interventions finding relief from one or more of the following: cryotherapy, fasting, tanning, sleeping (more/better), meditation, breathing exercises, etc.
If there’s one rule for Long Haul it’s this: something will work eventually, just keep trying and never give up.
For all those who prefer the simplicity of taking a pill, but want something more natural than a prescription (or just don’t want to involve a doctor in their healthcare - hey I get it!) the following is a recipe for approaching spike protein injuries based on over the counter supplements and “over the counter” procedures/devices (and if you’ve already tried these then there are many lifestyle approaches and medication protocols for those interested at the link here).
As always check with your own medical provider or continue at your own risk - a blog is obviously not direct medical advice, only medical education.
So to begin with let’s talk about what’s actually going on and what we’re trying to accomplish.
The Problem
Both Long COVID and the shots trigger the following, interrelated, underlying abnormalities that give rise to all of the symptoms:
Viral Persistence (suspected)
Vascular & Tissue Inflammation (from the above and/or spike, LNPs, etc and may include histamine mediated inflammation)
Micronutrient Deficiencies (they are used up by all the inflammation)
Microclotting (triggered by vascular inflammation, platelet activation, spike protein and charged LNPs)
Autonomic Dysfunction (due to inflammation, especially of the vagal nerve)
Neuropathy (due to inflammation)
Autoimmune disease (due to spike protein)
Mitochondrial Dysfunction
Microbiome Disruption (bifidobacteria seem to be killed by spike or the virus)
These issues are what lead to the typical symptoms of Long COVID and Vax injuries:
The core protocol components address all these issues starting with the least number of supplements (just 4 products + baby aspirin = 11 pills) that I’ve seen most often resolve peoples problems, and gradually adding on others step by step to increase the potency of the interventions only if you aren’t getting better after a couple weeks.
(The spike protein also leads to cancer, which is whole other set of protocols: if you are at risk or have cancer then see here for the immune stimulating cancer protocol, and here for the supplementary cancer treatment and prevention protocol.)
Ground Rules
Now the basic rules are to find a set of supplements that works to completely rid you of your symptoms.
Once you find that personal protocol you don’t need to keep adding anything, just stay on that protocol for 3 - 6 months and then try to taper off gradually.
If you start tapering and get worse again stop tapering and go back to the full doses that got you better for another 1-3 months before trying another taper. Eventually you’ll be able to taper off without symptoms recurring.
Note: if something worsens your symptoms it may actually be a good sign, similar to a Herxheimer “die-off” reaction in which case you can either pull back on it and try it again at a lower dose or you can try to push through - oftentimes after 5-6 days of worsening the symptoms will suddenly get a lot better.
On the topic of worsening: one thing that most who are treating Long Hauler think is a big no-no in terms of worsening symptoms is exercise, but this may be confirmation bias: all those who didn’t get better from exercise end up seeking out doctors to help them with their long haul. Twitter isn’t a medical journal, but in one poll most respondents said exercise actually helped them get better. But a significant percentage have severe exercise intolerance often lasting for many days, and some of my patients tried pushing through for months and still not getting better, so it’s clear that exercise doesn’t help everyone.
The Core 4 Supplement Protocol
OK, so enough with the preliminaries, here we go: to begin with take just the following 4 supplements + baby aspirin for 2 weeks & that will cover all the bases.
IMMUNITY [vitamins] (Vit D, C, K2, Bromelain, Quercetin and Zinc) - 2 caps twice daily will boost mitochondrial function, feed the bidifidobacteria to rebalance the microbiome, thin the blood, rebalance and boost your immune system, break down spike protein, rebuild tissues, inhibit histamine, and have antiviral effects.
IMMUNITY [herbals] (Curcumin/Turmeric, Nigella Sativa/Black Seed, and Dandelion) 3 caps twice daily to provide antioxidants that will protect and enhance mitochondrial energy production, balance autonomic nervous system dysfunction, inhibit histamine, boost immunity, thin the blood, heal the vascular lining, lower glucose levels, have antiviral effects, trigger anti-inflammatory & antioxidant effects, remove spike protein via autophagy and block spike protein receptor binding.
IMMUNITY [protease inhibitors] (Chinese Skullcap & Purple Gromwell) - 4 caps three times a day has powerful antiviral effects for anyone who has viral persistence, these herbs naturally block the enzyme required for viral replication without the risk and are also powerful antioxidants, immune modulators and they protect and enhance mitochondrial function.
AUTOPHAGY [resveratrol] 1 cap twice daily protects and enhances mitochondrial function, is an antioxidant, has anti-aging effects, as well as vascular, heart & brain protective effects (especially in the setting of autonomic dysfunction) and removes spike by powerfully triggering autophagy.
Baby Aspirin 81 mg - 1 tab daily (or willow tree bark extract at standard dosing if you don’t like meds) will thin the blood, inhibit platelet aggregation and help with vascular inflammation and histaminergic symptoms.
The Supplemental Protocol
If you’re one of the few people who are still feeling sick after 2 weeks on the above protocol, then continue the above and add the following for another 2 weeks (you can find most of the following supplements from physician grade brands at discounted prices here):
Lumbrokinase 40mg (600,000 IU) 2X daily, or vascular inflammation, fmicroclots and mis-folded proteins (nattokinase is an alternative but may be affected by mycotoxins on soybeans its made from)
Nicotinamide mononucleotide 1000 mg per day, to raise NAD levels
10,000 IU of vitamin A daily in bioavailable retinol form, to balance the immune system
20 IU of vitamin E as bioavailable alpha-tocopherol daily, to resolve vascular inflammation and microclots
Omega 3 fatty acids: work up to a combined dose of DHA/EPA that is 4 g per day (e.g. Wiley's finest Peak Omega 3 liquid offers over 2.3 grams EPA/DHA per teaspoon: https://wileysfinest.com/peak-omega-3-liquid/, this helps resolve vascular inflammation and microclots. Some believe purified EPA is better, but it’s only available as a prescription drugs (e.g. Vascepa). The trials weren’t conducted fairly, but it may also be that the real issue is poor quality of OTC Omega 3s - since they are very easily damaged during extraction, processing and storage. It’s likely the prescription version removes the damaged fats. The best quality Omega 3 supplements I’ve found are made by Rosita Naturals. But the very best way to get these undamaged are just by eating fatty fish or whole canned cod livers.
NAC (n-acetylcysteine) 1500 mg/day, as a precursor to the master antioxidant glutathione
Melatonin 10 mg nightly 30-60 min before bedtime, as a powerful anti-inflammatory and sleep aide (there are very high dose melatonin protocols that go up to 300mg daily that can be experimented with in select cases)
Magnesium 400 mg daily, required for countless chemical reactions, especially as a cofactor for vitamin D.
After 2 weeks if you haven’t noticed any benefit at all then you should continue all the above except the IMMUNITY [protease inhibitors] which you can drop. If you have gotten better though you should stay on them along with everything else. And even if you haven’t gotten better the other elements should still be continued as they can take longer to trigger a remission in many cases.
The Advanced Detox Protocol
So at this point if you are still experiencing symptoms then continue all the above and proceed now with blood donation every 2 months (assuming you’re not anemic - studies show that much lower ferritin levels than average are usually better for a number of diseases) and plasma donation as often as you can (usually twice a month, but in the first week you may be able to do it twice within a few days).
Both of these, but especially plasma donation remove diverse toxins from your body including autoantibodies, spike protein, LNPs, mRNAs, foreign DNA plasmids (found in the mRNA shots), pesticides, forever chemicals, heavy metals, etc. While donating blood plasma make sure you don’t become anemic and focus on high quality nutrition to replace micronutrients you are losing as a side effect.
Advanced Autonomic Dysfunction Protocol
If you are not feeling better after your second plasma donation then buy a cheap $50 vagal nerve stimulator with ear clips and use that for 15 minutes daily as it will gradually correct the autonomic dysfunction (there are a number of lifestyle hacks for this as well, but we’re just focusing on supplements and devices!).
Grab Bag of Advanced High Dose Supplements, OTC Meds & Photobiomodulation
Then if you’re still not better, continue all the above and try adding the below for 3 days:
Zyrtec/Allegra/Claritin (choose one) at double the over the counter dose three times a day, along with Pepcid at double the over the counter dose three times a day.
Then if not any better you can drop the Zyrtec/Claritin/Allegra and Pepcid, but if you are better you can continue them. If somewhat but not 100% better then add for at least 3 days:
Nicotine 4mg (gum or patch) three times a day for at least 3 days to bind nicotinic acid receptors (spike protein has some domains which may interact with this receptor) and trigger Growth Hormone production for healing. If it helps keep it, if not drop it.
If you’re still not better then continue all the supplements from above and add the high dose oral vitamin C protocol inspired by Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling’s work, for 1-2 weeks to boost immunity, stop vascular inflammation, and trigger tissue healing (you can also try high dose IV vitamin C from a local IV center):
Take 10 Grams (yes, that’s grams not mg) every hour until diarrhea occurs then take 80% of that total dose daily thereafter until diarrhea occurs again, then again reduce that dose to 80% daily until diarrhea develops, etc - continue until you are stable on a dose that doesn’t cause diarrhea. Stay on that dose for 3 months then taper off since long term high doses can trigger kidney stones.
If you’re still not better after 2 weeks then while continuing all the supplements above add:
Methylene Blue (MB) 1% liquid, a mitochondrial energy optimizer: start with 1 or 2 drops in the morning for the first two days. On the third day, increase the dosage to 3 drops daily for the next two days. Continue increasing the dosage by 1 drop every 2 days (guided by symptoms - if they resolve you can stop increasing the dose) until you reach a maximum of 22 drops. The optimal dose is highly individualized and each patient needs to find the right dose for them. Take MB for 6 days in a row. Take the 7th day off every week to allow the body to reset. MB will cause your urine to be blue or blue-green.
If you take MB for 2 weeks with no benefits noted then drop it while continuing all the supplements you’ve been on. If you find some benefit then continue the MB with all the rest of the supplements.
Red light, near infrared, UV: ie sunlight, or you can get these extremely important missing-from-modern-life wavelengths via lamps and/or infrared saunas to boost mitochondrial function, radiant energy, endothelial function, 4th phase water formation in blood, reduce sulphate, stimulate serotonin, vitamin D, increase melatonin and more.
There are a number of other supplements that may be helpful in specific circumstances and which might be worth a shot if all else fails including: monolaurin, sodium butryate, L-arginine, selenium, copper, etc.
Stay on the supplements going forward for at least a few months while tracking your symptoms, and if your not improving consider lifestyle changes ala coach.mygotodoc.com (signup for a free ebook, free 4 part webinar, and free email mini course, and if you want even more help there is a low cost 2 month course, mid price group coaching offering, and higher price 1 on 1 coaching options) and lab testing and prescription protocols via mygotodoc.com (always free registration!).
Thank you. What a Big Heart you have. I am not a patient but will connect if need be.
Thanks Dr. Haider. I’ve purchased an IVM RX from you and am glad I did. I have Factor V plus Ehler Danlos yet despite dire warnings from my local Doctor, adamantly refused the jab. I told him in early 2020 no one who almost died from a DVT at 21 (or any other human for that matter) should take that rushed, Spike Protein shot they’re releasing.
You’re a moral and honorable man to share your life saving knowledge with the world this way.
God bless you.
