Shared! I just had a conversation with my friend whose daughter is so angry all the time. She told her daughter to “get joy into her life, go connect with people and get sunshine!”, and then this article popped up after we spoke. Amazing timing!

Thank you for sharing these profound thoughts, Dr. Haider! The encouragement to spend time with positive people and avoid technology overload is a solid advice. Our social connections and the way we spend our time have a big impact on our well-being.

Well, one of the very best bits of truth that you’ve shared. There’s been so many wonderful bits of wisdom that you’ve shared with us. We can find the strength of Jesus through our joy, we must hold onto our joy. It is a gift from God.

Especially this part of the post really touched my day. It was perfect timing. God bless you.
