I am struck by how most of us in Medicine have been taught to pay only lip service at best to patients autonomy...

Dr. Haider, you should try get this article out to as many as possible. We view the world with such a narrow lens. I work in hospital and during covid everyone was afraid of the unknown. From every direction I was being ridiculed for not getting vaccinated. I cried every day driving to work. I thought to myself I'm going to die. Then my cousin who also works in hospital said 5 powerful words.

" What are you afraid of ?" "We are all going to die". Those words were a powerful truth that hit me hard. I realized I can do my best to take care of myself, but how and when I die is not in my control. We are all just flashes of light here then gone. Enjoy the moments we are blessed with and the magic of life that's all around us.

I like how you cover so much ground in your writing and take your topic deep and deeper. Your writing is a pleasure to read. And I always learn alot and am left thinking. What do you think about technologies that add power to the body, like voltage? Like the Tennant bio-modulator created by Dr. Tennant who wrote, "Healing is Voltage." I have tried it and liked it, but have not used it regularly. Or PEMF?

I need to learn more about this, there is definitely a lot of promise in electromedicine it just hasn’t been properly developed. I’ve heard good things about PEMF, I’ll beer Tennants books and take a look. Working on the energy body is like working on the physical body in that you can heal and hurt the person both of you don’t really know what you’re doing. Some people may develop energetic imbalances due to overstimulating certain systems in an attempt to find workarounds for symptoms without understanding what the root cause actually is. The deepest root cause of the problem isn’t necessarily on the energy body which is just a consequence of other aspects of our being. So a physician or energetic wealneas in an organ doesn’t necessarily mean that the solution is to give it more energy., that could be part of it, but you have to also address what is draining it of energy, is it a thought pattern? Emotion? Way of acting or being? Working on the energy level can help move the thought/emotion or other layer but not necessarily.

A powerful article. Made all the more so by waking up at 1am and reading my emails which is where I found it.

Now I have a problem. Do I turn off my phone and eliminate night light and EMF radiation from my environment? Or do I contemplate the paradox.

Which is how exercising my free will to indulge in such harmful activities has exposed me to such an interesting thesis that I may normally have never read.

The universal random number generator must have brought it to my attention.

I’ve been discussing the first day of creation with my grandson - when light and dark were created. Then on the fourth day when the sun and moon and luminaries were created. It was seemingly redundant, but this article sheds a “light” on a new perspective of what that first light really entails. Thanks for the article.
