Wow. I have to say every time I read one of your articles I learn something new.

Maybe my parents and grandparents knew or they really liked nature.

Hedges for fences. Plants everywhere in the house. Plants, flowers and gardens in the yards. Camping next to streams and hiking in the woods. Playing and taking afternoon naps laying on the grass in the sun.

Our family always did just about everything outside in the sun and no sunscreen.

I still rather be outside than inside as I just feel better when I am.

Thanks again for your insight on such wonderful things.

Thank you (as always) for another interesting article. Over NY City on 9/11 the sky was filled with chemtrails. The trails covered the sky. This was more than usual. Many dignitaries, including the president and vice president were at the World Trade Center site. I wonder if the metals in the chemtrails are for conducting some kind of communication or atmospheric radar systems. This is unhealthy for all biological life on earth.

Yes, Jack Kruse once mentioned that chemtrails are related to wireless communication in some way. I thought he meant they were for mitigating the harmful effects of excess EMFs over population centers, but how likely is that? Not very. More likely that they're necessary in some way to manage the high load or something as you're suggesting.

I recall him mentioning that too. I'm pretty sure that was on a podcast with Luke Storey if you were wanting to find it again. Your interpretation of what he meant was the same as I had.

Fantastic article and advice, thank you! How does the number of native ions produced by a small indoor small water feature compare to the negative ion function on an air purifier ( what I have is this size https://amzn.to/3XJmMjT) ?

Expand full comment

This is a math and modeling problem that I'm not sure I can answer properly. ChatGPT, despite there being no data on how much negative ions are produced by falling water still "estimates" that air ionizers are orders of magnitude more effective at producing negative ions than a small tabletop water feature:

"Air ionizers produce orders of magnitude more negative ions than small tabletop water features. While a tabletop fountain might produce thousands of ions per second, an air ionizer can produce millions to billions of ions per second."

I truly appreciate the reply, thank you!

Thank you for your article, doctor. When I had covid a couple of years ago, I had inadvertently gone into ketosis because I did not feel like eating. It was strangely protective. After seeing what the medical industry did to us, I investigated Big Food and found an even bigger scam, leading right into illness and Big Pharma. I subsequently went Carnivore and have cured virtually all of my chronic conditions, lifetime conditions, in a few days. I had diabetes for a good 20 years! Being able to cure something like that in a few days, indicates to me that it is a poisoning, not a disease per se. Fibromyalgia and hypothyroid issues, as well as a plethora of minor complaints that I eventually learned to ignore have all been eliminated or greatly reduced. (My thyroid medication has been decreased twice this year so far by my provider!) The surprise was restored dental health, restored microbiome, and a physical freedom to move that I thought had been lost with my youth. Another surprise health restoration was the fact that I had noticed this summer that I'm tanning like I haven't since I was a teenager! This from minimal sun exposure. As I'm of Norwegian extraction, this is novel. I had read that Carnivores don't sunburn and wondered what the mechanism of this was. This summer I now know, that is increased melanin production at the very least. Even my gray hair has gone blond again, so there's the matter of proper nutrition. In a backwards way, covid opened up many health possibilities for me. Paying attention is the biggest health modality.

Wow that’s an incredible story. I think those of Northern European ancestry may tend to do particularly well on carnivore. Amazing that your hair has regained its color. I’ve noticed my teeth feel fantastically clean when I eat nothing but meat. Avoiding seed oils helps with skin health allowing a tan rather than burnjng.

Lovely idea! Only right now I have coyotes, skunks, possums, raccoons, rats.... I can't imagine what I'll get if I add water out there!

You’ll make them very happy….😃

How do you balance installing a flowing water feature over the introduction of an electrical pump into your outdoor environment to do so. There's often trade-offs with these optimisations that are difficult to calculate.

Expand full comment

Seems like the pump could be surrounded with tin foil or similar to create a Faraday cage blocking EMF radiation.

Wow. I love that I learn new things with your articles. Usually it's the same health info rehashed. Thanks for your insights. I have noticed my friends with mold sensitivity tend to have the physical similarities - very fair skin, freckles, blond/red hair. I'll tell them to work on their tans - lol.

Another fascinating article! I am

One of those people who are genetically susceptible ( HLA DR-DQ) to developing CIRS after mold toxin exposure, could you please elaborate on this comment: “Those who are genetically predisposed to sensitivity” and that this can be “mitigated”. I’m curious about ways to mitigate this. Are you referring to undertaking a detox protocol?

Great information, Dr.Haider!

Yes, genes are not your destiny. You have a susceptibility to mold that can essentisally be turned off. I just started a comprehensive detox protocol and it takes a significant commitment of time to do it properly. I'm currently spending over 3 hours a day on things like sauna, juicing, breathwork, etc - mostly in the early morning. My colleague Shabaz Ahmed is the best for this, as everyones protocol needs to be individualized. But he's not for the faint of heart. It's almost always like a part-time job.

Thanks so much for the recommendation. You have mentioned working with Dr. Ahmed. I’ve done what I thought was a big detox to rid myself of mold toxins ( glutathione to provoke the liver to release stored toxins, sauna to sweat them out, binders for toxins that made their way to the gut), sunshine, and a raft of supplements. It sounds like your protocol is more comprehensive. Good for you for doing it! Please keep us updated about your experience.

Do you recommend negative ion generators doctor? I used to have one when I lived in city. It produced ozone. Some say not to use it because it’s a ling irritant, but I seemed to be fine, even with asthma & allergies. The ion generator smelled great … because of the ozone.
